Do I need a credit card to signup?No. We do not ask for a credit card during signup. You'll receive a fully-featured account for 30 days. We won't charge you during the trial period. At the end of the trial period you'll have an option to enter credit card information or to downgrade to the Free plan. Can I change plans at any time?Yes. Simply go to "Edit Organization" > "Account" and you can upgrade or downgrade your pricing plan at any time. Is your free trial somehow limited?No. We offer a fully-functional 30-day free trial on all plans during which you can use to test drive Acunote and see if it's right for you. You don't need a credit card to sign up, there's no obligation and no risk. Can I upgrade from the free trial to a paid plan?Yes, you can upgrade your free trial to a paid plan and all of your data will remain intact. Can I downgrade to a Free plan?Yes. You can downgrade at any time. Additional functionality from your paid plan will be disabled but no data will be lost. Can I cancel my account at any time?Yes. You can cancel your account at any time. If you cancel, we will stop billing you immediately. There's no long-term contract or commitment. Do I have to sign a long term contract?No. Acunote is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. What types of payment do you accept?We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. For Enterprise plan customers we also offer annual invoiced billing. What is your refund policy?We offer a 30-day trial period which doesn't even require a credit card. If you cancel during the trial period you won't be charged. If you choose to cancel your account after the trial period you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. What web browsers work with Acunote?Acunote is designed to work with Firefox 1.0 and higher, Internet Explorer 6 and higher, Opera 9.5 and higher, Safari 3.1 and higher, Chrome 1 and higher. For the best internet and Acunote experience we advise using latest Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Chrome. Regardless of your browser type, you need cookies and javascript enabled. Is my data safe and secure?Our servers are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. We run latest stable releases of our server operating system and database software. All software we use is continuously monitored for security problems and is regularly updated with the latest security patches. All the communications between you and our servers are encrypted with SSL on all Acunote plans except Free. The sensitive data like passwords in the database is encrypted/one-way-hashed as appropriate. We do continuous on-site replication to a a separate standby server, periodical on-site and encrypted off-site backups. I'm looking to switch. Can I import my data?Yes. You can import data from JIRA, Mantis, Bugzilla, Trac, and FogBugz. For Enterprise plan customers we offer additional services to import data from any project management tool - Pivotal Tracker, Rally, Version One and others.
