Tags

Acunote allows you to apply one or more tags to tasks. This is commonly used to label task as Bug, Feature, etc.

Tags applet let you to filter you tasks by tag name. Manage Tagspage let you perform other operations on tags.

Advanced Tag Features

Sometimes you end up using "[Feature] Task Description" naming convention as an ad-hoc way of tagging tasks. If you then decide to create Feature tag, you can automatically tag such task using Convert Brackets button. This will apply Feature tag and update the descriptions of matching tasks. As a convenience shortcut if a tag already exists and you create a new task with [TagName] prefix, the task will be automatically labeled for you.
